1. Can you please explain the position you play and let us know how many years you have played for Oxford?

I play the shooting guard position. My role as the shooting guard, shoot the ball and help the point guard in the backcourt. I played for Oxford since I was a freshman on Varsity.

2. How do you personally feel about going into the Homecoming game this Friday? Your personal goals?

I feel confident that our team will not disappoint and will win.

3. How does your team feel about going into the Homecoming game this Friday? Team goals?

Our team is excited about Homecoming and we have that desire to win.

4. Will the Homecoming game be any different than any other league game?

Yes, because the Homecoming game is the most anticipated game and we play against Whitney.

5. Does class rank (i.e. freshman, sophomore, junior, senior) factor in to the responsibilities each player has?

Yes, usually a freshman does the duties of sweeping the floor, and bringing the water bottles to games.

6. How has your experience playing for Oxford changed over the years?

I have become a better overall player because I’ve developed my skills and gained more experience.

7. What are your goals for this season?

Do better in league.

8. What new styles of play or strategies has your team employed this year?

New zone defensive plays.

9. What is your favorite aspect of basketball?

My favorite aspect of playing basketball is when you hear the crowd behind you, which gives you confidence to play at a higher level.

10. How close are the guys on the team and what is your bond like with the rest of them?

The guys are all friends with each other. Closest bonds I have are with teammates who are juniors.
